We are a fringe conglomerate of individuals, leaders, business people, organizations, and professional strategists from the hearing impaired community. We can speak, we can hear, we can sign, and we can lead.
WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?
Because we want to help the parents of present and future hearing impaired children make fully informed decisions concerning the future of their children. What you have been seeing at the popular hearing impaired websites have been largely one-sided and biased against total inclusion.
The core purpose of the Hearing For Life Foundation is to liberate hearing impaired people (especially the children) from the prison of silence, liberate them from the crab claws of 'deaf culture', and liberate them from the sticky web of the 'deaf absolutism' syndrome.
A small band of sign language extremists may dislike the contents of this site. If that is so, then that is too bad, they asked for it. We understand they're undertaking numerous steps to sack this website. There will be periods when this site will be down. If it's down, worry not as it will be back up in a few hours. Even the 'competition' has gone to the extreme on October 28, 2008 to label one of our successful marketing gimmicks as stalking as you can see in the video below.
Basically this website doubles as a whistleblower website and it fulfills the conglomerate's ambition to lead as a role model in the education of the public on all the aspects of the hearing impaired community. This is not a hate website, nor does it incite any hatred or violence toward anyone.
This website is operating within legal boundaries. A small band of sign language extremists have been highly vocal in misinterpreting our compassionate inclusions as theft, piracy, copyright infringements, bullying, cyberbullying, cyberstalking, stalking, harrassment, and numerous sensational misinterpretations.
Until the sign language based fringes within hearing impaired community decides to become fully inclusive, The Hearing For Life Foundation will remain in its mission to fill the voids left out by them.
